What are our working hours?
We start at 8:30am and finish 4:30pm
Do you work weekends?
We don’t schedule weekend work in, do try us if you need us though, we might still be able to answer the phone.
Does it matter if we need to go out?
We need access, but if you could leave us a spare key to lock up and post through your letterbox/keysafe.
Do we need to turn the water off?
In most cases, we will need to turn off the water and maybe the heating unless the water can be isolated
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes all labour comes with 12 months warranty.
